@Klaus: you can first threaten them to call the police and than really do it, if they don`t book back the money (or at least a big part of it). this kind of bars don`t have a very good reputation and they don`t like police investigate there, and in a similar case in hua shan lu, the bar has been closed because of that. so if you are still in shanghai, you will have at least a good chance.

Be carefull - they got RMB 16.670,- within 4 hours from my creditcard and faked my signature. It looks like there is nothing I can do about it now :(
